Peter Curtis | Manager
Joining Munro & Noble in 1998 as a sales negotiator, Peter was promoted to Manager of the department in 2004. Coming from a property sales and customer service background, he and his team have helped to establish one of the largest estate agency portfolios in the Highlands.
Peter has over 21 years’ experience within the property sector and has a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from Reading University.
Peter’s aim is to sell as many properties as possible, for the best price and in the shortest time possible. Peter says “our success has been achieved by investing in and adapting to new technology, using main-stream property portals and working more flexible hours”.
Thomas is our experienced Senior Sales Negotiator having joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from Napier University and undertaking sales roles in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Thomas is heavily involved in all aspects of property sales and has a wealth of expert knowledge of the local market, having been born and raised in Inverness.
Thomas understands that buying and selling a property can often be the biggest investment or sale of your life. Thomas is there to help you make those important decisions and guide you through the process to get the best result.
Fiona is our Property Marketing Executive who joined the team in February 2015 with 15 years administration and PA experience in the Financial Services sector. Fiona has brought her professional experience from a highly regulated sector, along with a genuine enthusiasm for residential property sales, into her role. Fiona is responsible for the production of our property brochures and the online marketing of our properties. Her creativity and enthusiasm helps to ensure that your property is marketed in the best possible way in order to achieve a sale.
Fiona also assists with sales and general estate agency work. She has a keen interest in all types of property and is currently building on her experience by working towards an industry recognised NAEA Propertymark qualification in the Sale of Residential Property.
Elizabeth McCabe | Munro Noble | Inverness
Elizabeth is our newest member of the team having joined Munro & Noble in July 2017 as one our Property Agents. Having considerable experience in the Retail Sales market, Elizabeth has since become a valuable member of the team. Whether its dealing with your enquiries or undertaking accompanied viewings at weekends, Elizabeth’s aim is to make the process of buying and selling homes as stress-free as possible for all parties.
Elizabeth is a dynamic sales person and is popular with clients and staff alike. She is also driven to support our clients through the sales process.
Dawn House | Lettings Manager
Dawn was born in Hampshire but due to military service connections spent a large part of her life living in Germany and moving often. She joined the military herself and spent the majority of her 16 years’ service in the North of Scotland. Having a love of the Highlands, Dawn has finally settled on the Black Isle. She joined our team in June 2018. Having previously worked for a local Property Management Company she has a solid background in all aspects of private residential tenancies. She holds both the Level 6 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management as well as the Level 6 Technical Award in Residential inventory Management and Practice. With her team, she aims to provide clients with clear straightforward advice and guidance, in combination with excellent customer focused service and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Alana Bryce | Lettings Agent
Alana is originally from Glasgow and has joined the firm to cover Rachel’s maternity cover. Before moving to Inverness Alana lived in Chester for 3 years where her background was working for a letting agency and prior to this has worked in car dealerships. She has many years of customer service experience.
Alana enjoys spending time with family & friends.
Rachel Thomson | Letting Agent
Rachel joined us in 2015, she is currently on maternity leave and is expected to return to the team Summer 2019. We wish her and her family well during this exciting time in her life.
Her background is in retail with a focus on customer service. She uses this experience and training to liaise in a professional and confident manner with clients, tenants and contractors.
Rachel enjoys a family life with dog walking and baking her main hobbies.
Denise originally from Ullapool, joined the firm in 2014 as a receptionist, moving to our lettings team in 2017. Prior to joining Munro & Noble, Denise worked and lived in Dublin for 12 years. She has many years’ experience in administration & customer service, working for a freight company.
Denise enjoys spending time with her family & friends.
