Isla Shand

Isla Shand joined Munro & Noble in January 2026 as a Legal Receptionist based in our Inverness office. Prior to joining the firm, Isla worked in administrative roles where she developed strong organisational and customer service skills.

In her role, Isla is often the first point of contact for clients and enjoys helping to ensure everything runs smoothly in the office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
