Matthew Albiston

After growing up in Moray, Matthew completed his LLB and Diploma at Strathclyde University before completing his traineeship with a firm in Glasgow, qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. Matthew joined Munro & Noble’s Court Team in March 2021 and is confident in advising clients on a range of civil matters, with a particular interest in Land and Boundary disputes.

Matthew manages a varied caseload and regularly appears at Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland in a broad range of cases. Matthew is experienced and familiar with navigating the complexities of civil litigation and in negotiation of resolution and settlement of cases for his clients.

Matthew is client focused and strives to deliver practical advice and guidance to clients in respect of litigation and pre-litigation. He regularly collaborates with colleagues throughout the firm to ensure that his client’s needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Matthew is also a Notary Public.
