Janice Weir

Janice has worked in Dingwall for over 25 years as a legal secretary.  In 2009 she studied residential conveyancing through Strathclyde University and qualified in 2010 as a paralegal. She is a  Fellow of the IoP (Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals) .

Suzanne Bebbington

Suzanne joined Munro & Noble  in January 2015, as a Conveyancing Paralegal and works as a fee earner under the guidance of our Partners. Suzanne has a number of years experience in Scottish Law and is a qualified paralegal in two disciplines, ‘Conveyancing’ and ’Wills, Trusts and Executries’ and is a Fellow of the IoP (Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals).

Catriona Dalziel

Catriona joined the firm in 1999 as Typist/Secretary before gaining her certificate of Performance in Domestic Conveyancing in 2003. Today she is a senior member of our Paralegal team.

Kathleen Sutherland

Kathleen graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BA Law and Management, LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. She undertook a year of her traineeship in Caithness before completing her training with Munro and Noble, qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. Kathleen currently works in Dingwall dealing with Residential Conveyancing, Crofting, Wills and Power of Attorney.

Susan Bloczynski

Susan joined the firm in April 2014 after 26 years in the financial services industry. Susan has a wealth of administrative, managerial and staff management experience and is currently Typing Pool Supervisor.

Shona Hammell

Shona Hammell joined Munro & Noble as a part-time Cash-room Assistant in October 2000. Since joining the firm, Shona has moved to full-time work and taken on additional responsibilities, first being appointed as Cash-room Supervisor and latterly Cash-room Manager.

Gordon McIntosh

Gordon joined the Firm in August 2010; his remit to provide strategic leadership, (along with operational management), to drive Munro & Noble forward as a proactive and progressive organisation with client care at its heart. Gordon’s expertise and qualifications are in General Business Management; he is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with years of business experience across Scotland.

Kay Bevans Brown

Kay graduated from the University College of Wales with an Honours degree in Law before completing her Professional Practice Qualification at The College of Law Chester. She was previously a partner at a large provincial law firm in England before completing her Scottish Law conversion course and joining Munro and Noble’s Property Department in 2015.

Alida Bryce

Born in Aberdeen, Alida graduated from Aberdeen University in 1985 with a degree in Law and in 1986 with a Diploma in Legal Practice. She then went on to complete her legal trainee-ship with a firm of solicitors in Aberdeen. Alida joined Munro & Noble with some 25 years of experience in all aspects of Property related matters including sale and purchases as well as re-mortgages and other conveyancing matters.

Deirdre Hart

Deirdre graduated from Glasgow University with an honours Law Degree in 1993, having specialised in comparative law, and then proceeded to complete her Diploma in Legal Practice. She secured a traineeship with Munro & Noble in 1994 and remained with the firm, becoming a partner in April 2003. Deirdre specialises in residential conveyancing and is head of our expanding residential Lettings Department. Outside of work, Deirdre enjoys a busy family life in Glen Urquhart.
