Group: Residential Conveyancing
Elaine graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2009 before working in the city as a Legal Secretary for 6 years. Elaine originally joined Munro & Noble as a PA in 2015 before undertaking a Paralegal position within the conveyancing department. Graduating with a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in July 2020, she has begun a traineeship within the firm.
Hazel joined Munro & Noble in July 2012 principally to assist Mary Nimmo in the Court Department. Hazel has a wide range of specialist knowledge in the legal profession and gained her Specialist Paralegal Qualification (Level 10 (Honours Degree) of the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework) in the practice area of Property Law from the University of Strathclyde in 2007. Hazel has been a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Registered Paralegal Scheme since its inception in 2010 and is entitled to use the designation M.S.S.P as a graduate recognising her specialist legal knowledge and practical skills.
Kathleen graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BA Law and Management, LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. She undertook a year of her traineeship in Caithness before completing her training with Munro and Noble, qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. Kathleen currently works in Dingwall dealing with Residential Conveyancing, Crofting, Wills and Power of Attorney.
Nicole is originally from Aberdeenshire and graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with an LLB (Hons) Law degree in 2015. She then completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow the following year. Nicole qualified as a solicitor in September 2019, and now works within our conveyancing department.
Kay graduated from the University College of Wales with an Honours degree in Law before completing her Professional Practice Qualification at The College of Law Chester. She was previously a partner at a large provincial law firm in England before completing her Scottish Law conversion course and joining Munro and Noble’s Property Department in 2015.
Born in Aberdeen, Alida graduated from Aberdeen University in 1985 with a degree in Law and in 1986 with a Diploma in Legal Practice. She then went on to complete her legal trainee-ship with a firm of solicitors in Aberdeen. Alida joined Munro & Noble with some 25 years of experience in all aspects of Property related matters including sale and purchases as well as re-mortgages and other conveyancing matters.
Deirdre graduated from Glasgow University with an honours Law Degree in 1993, having specialised in comparative law, and then proceeded to complete her Diploma in Legal Practice. She secured a traineeship with Munro & Noble in 1994 and remained with the firm, becoming a partner in April 2003. Deirdre specialises in residential conveyancing and is head of our expanding residential Lettings Department. Outside of work, Deirdre enjoys a busy family life in Glen Urquhart.
