Chloe Binnie

Chloe joined Munro & Noble in October 2025 as a Senior Solicitor, based in our Dingwall office. She specialises in residential property transactions and crofting-related matters, advising clients across the Highlands with a practical and approachable style.

Originally from Lanarkshire, Chloe graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an LLB (Hons) degree, before completing her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2017. She undertook her traineeship in Inverness, qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and has worked in the Highlands ever since, building strong experience in property law within a rural context.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading and spending time with her family and dogs.
