Vacancy – Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Reports to: Practice Manager and Typing Pool Supervisor
Line Manager(s): Practice Manager
Hours of Operation: 9 am to 5 pm
Responsible for: Nil staff
Location: 26 Church Street, Inverness, (or other office premises within a 5 mile
radius of Inverness City Centre as operational circumstances dictate)


Major Duties: Reception Duties
o To be the first point of contact for Munro & Noble
o To take incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person /
department, or to take clear and concise information from the caller
o To deal with incoming emails and transmitting and receiving facsimiles
o To promptly forward all electronic communications, including facsimiles to
the appropriate named individual, or department
o To advise new clients on procedure and requirements
o To manage the diaries for Pool Vehicles and Interview Room
o To maintain the highest standards of customer service and confidentiality,
both client and Firm’s
o To maintain the highest ethical standards at all times
o To provide excellence in communication between clients, Solicitors and
colleagues


Health and Safety:
To appreciate and comply with the Health and Safety standards required within the
business.


Other Duties:
The post holder may be required to undertake any other duty within Munro & Noble as
directed by one of the Partners, or the Practice Manager
