Jeremy Firth

Jeremy joined M&N in March 2026 as HR Manager and is based in our Inverness office.

Having lived in the Highlands since 2007, Jeremy brings a strong understanding of the local area alongside broad experience in HR, recruitment and people management. His role focuses on supporting the organisation across all aspects of HR, working closely with teams to deliver effective and people‑focused solutions.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys travelling, eating out with family and friends, and attending concerts across Scotland and beyond — with a particular love for country music.
