Munro & Noble, based on Church Street in the Highland capital, has been awarded a prestigious industry accolade in recognition of outstanding customer service. The firm has won the Gold Award for the Inverness area and now qualifies for the national annual British Property Awards final to be held this coming weekend in London.
The British Property Awards aim to highlight and reward excellence within the UK’s residential property sector but at a local level. Entries are not invited, and instead agencies are evaluated independently by mystery shoppers against a set of 25 criteria with a specific emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Without prior warning the judging panel appraise each agency over a period of months. Furthermore, if no agent in an area meets the award standards, then an award is not presented.
At Munro & Noble, Stephen Grant of the firm’s property shop, was singled out for displaying outstanding levels of service.
