Ian Donaldson

Ian deals with conveyancing as well as Wills and executries. Ian joined Munro & Noble in 2020 to work mainly from our Aviemore office, to help serve the legal needs of the Badenoch & Strathspey area.

Alison Foggo

Alison graduated with M.A. (Hons) and LLB from the University of Glasgow and completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.  She has been a solicitor in private practice in the Highland area since 1992. 

Fiona O’Donnell

Fiona is an experienced legal secretary who joined the firm in October 2014, having previously worked for the Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service based at Dingwall Sheriff Court for 23 years. 

Morag Campbell

Morag joined the firm in 1990, following specific training by Munro & Noble. She has considerable experience of the administration of both trusts and executries.

Elaine Gamba

Elaine is originally from Elgin and graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2009.  She has recently completed her traineeship and is now our newest “home grown” qualified Commercial Property Solicitor. Elaine started with us June 2015 as a PA to our then Commercial Partner.  She then undertook her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and her traineeship with Munro & Noble and is now a fully qualified Commercial Property Solicitor as of July 2022.

Jacqueline Brown

Jacqueline Brown joined the firm in 2015 as a secretary working with the Firm’s Court Department. Prior to joining she had been previously studying Accounting at the University of the Highlands and Islands. She has recently qualified as a Specialist Debt Recovery Paralegal and has a wide range of expertise in assisting a variety of clients in recovering or managing debt.

Janice Weir

Janice has worked in Dingwall for over 25 years as a legal secretary.  In 2009 she studied residential conveyancing through Strathclyde University and qualified in 2010 as a paralegal. She is a  Fellow of the IoP (Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals) .

Suzanne Bebbington

Suzanne joined Munro & Noble  in January 2015, as a Conveyancing Paralegal and works as a fee earner under the guidance of our Partners. Suzanne has a number of years experience in Scottish Law and is a qualified paralegal in two disciplines, ‘Conveyancing’ and ’Wills, Trusts and Executries’ and is a Fellow of the IoP (Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals).
