Munro & Noble is proud to introduce Natalie Bruce, a highly skilled and compassionate solicitor specialising in family law. Based between our Tain and Inverness offices, Natalie advises clients across the Highlands and Islands on all aspects of family law, with a focus on achieving practical, client-centred outcomes.
Natalie has a particular interest in matters involving the welfare of children. Her work includes advising on residence and contact arrangements, adoption, relocation and other sensitive issues affecting children’s lives. She is committed to placing children’s wellbeing at the heart of every case.
Whenever possible, Natalie aims to resolve disputes amicably and outside of court. She believes that collaborative solutions not only tend to be more cost-effective and efficient, but they also allow clients to retain control over decisions that directly affect their lives. However, where court action is necessary, Natalie is an experienced litigator who represents her clients with confidence and clarity.
Natalie also advises on financial matters both at the start of relationships—such as pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements—and at the end, including separation, divorce, the dissolution of civil partnerships and cohabitation claims.
Known for her warm and understanding approach, Natalie takes the time to get to know her clients and explain legal processes clearly, recognising that many people may be navigating family law for the first time. She is trained in Collaborative Practice, an alternative dispute resolution method that helps separating couples reach agreements without going to court—something she has found to be highly effective and empowering for clients.
Natalie is certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a Trauma Informed Lawyer, which reflects her deep awareness of the emotional challenges faced by individuals going through family law issues. She ensures her clients feel supported throughout, and regularly signposts them to other services that may help them during difficult times.
Munro & Noble is delighted to have Natalie as part of the team, where her expertise, empathy and dedication continue to make a real difference to families throughout the region.
