The Trust and Executry Department provides a depth of knowledge and experience in trust law which has, over the years, proved invaluable to clients of the firm and to those recommended to the firm by professional contacts who are aware of Munro & Noble's expertise in the field of trust law.

In addition, Munro & Noble provide a full wills advisory service and offer full executry services. To keep costs to the client down, the routine administration of both trusts and executries is carried out by a para-legal specifically trained by Munro & Noble in the skills required and who has a number of years experience of the work involved.
