The Trust and Executry Department provides a depth of knowledge and experience in trust and estate law, which over the years have proved invaluable to clients of the firm and to those recommended to the firm by professional contacts.
The department undertakes:
- Preparation of Wills
- Implementation of Wills and Estate Administration
- Preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney, (Continuing, Welfare and Ordinary)
- Creation and Administration of Trusts (Private and Charitable)
The Department is headed by Partner David Hewitson; David has significant experience in Trust and Executry Law and is highly regarded by his clients and peers alike.
David is assisted in the routine administration of both trusts and executries by Morag Campbell a para-legal specifically trained and with many years experience in this area.
