We handle a wide variety of cases and deal with all aspects of dispute resolution, for either business clients or private individuals.

We are able to assist with debt recovery, personal injury claims, professional and medical negligence claims, all aspects of separation and divorce, child law issues, land and agricultural disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, fatal accident enquiries, employment problems, and most other fields of dispute.

Within the Court Department there is a separate debt recovery department, assisting mostly our business clients, but increasingly private individuals too. Business clients should ask for our special debt recovery rates.

We recommend early intervention in disputes, especially those which are likely lead to court proceedings. It's never too early to call your solicitor!
