Through Munro & Noble Property Shop, estate agency services are operated from ground floor premises which attract the attention of the heavy volume of passing pedestrian traffic as well as providing a convenient point of contact for people wishing to purchase properties being sold for clients of the firm.

Investment has also been made in creating Munro & Noble Financial Services Ltd, operating within the Conveyancing Department and providing a full range of financial services advice.

The financial planning advice given by Munro & Noble Financial Services Ltd is fully independent of all product providers and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Full technical support on all aspects of the law of conveyancing in domestic house purchase and sales and mortgage and financial services are provided by fully qualified legal staff with the bulk of work being carried out by partners of the firm with many years of experience in dealing with domestic conveyancing for private clients.
