Munro & Noble's Commercial Department consists of 3 Partners and 1 Associate who together combine to form a wide experience in all forms of commercial legal work.

The Department is used to handling commercial transactions large and small, and has experience in dealing with very complex corporate structures and different types of transactions. The ability to deal efficiently with all matters relating to company law and with all types of commercial conveyancing is one of the strengths of Munro & Noble.

The Company Formations Department within the Commercial Department is able to provide tailored and off-the-shelf companies to clients and non-clients at rates which are competitive with Company Formation Organisations operating in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
